Please also ensure that even though your cellphone is on the list above, it is not a black market item.

Therefore, you can try to follow the steps to scan the QR Code. If you manage to find the menu to add a data package with esim/ QR Code then it is certain that your cellphone has the esim feature. if after purchasing eSim, it turns out that the cellphone used is not compatible (for any reason), then this is not the responsibility of Roamhub.

Lost & Damage Fee and Idle Charge

Each wifi package contains 1 pouch/ case, 1 pocket wifi, 1 charging cable and 1 charging adaptor.
In the event of loss or damage, the following replacement costs will occur:
- Pocket Wifi IDR 2,000,000,-
- Pouch/ Case IDR 50,000,-
- Cable IDR 50,000,-
- Adaptor IDR 50,000,-
Idle charge will occur when you bring the wifi without any data activation (early delivery request or late return will be considered as idle period)
Idle charge per day costs 50% of your daily rental fee, max. IDR 50,000,- per idle day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to delivery are free of charge
Cancellations made during the delivery process until the package is received are subject to a fee of 3x the daily rental fee and an admin fee of IDR 25,000,-
Cancellations made during active periods and active running data cannot be done.

Return & Refund Procedure

Wifi returns will be picked up by a courier appointed by Roamhub
Customers are expected to pack the wifi package using the pouch provided
Please write down the AWB Number given by the admin
The return fee using the courier appointed by Roamhub is free
Deposit will be processed after we receive the wifi, not after it is sent
Deposit will be refunded for maximum 48 hours after
